Welcome to the Leicester Buses Partnership.

We bring together the City Council and all local bus companies to further transform the Leicester Buses network over the next 4 years.

Our vision is to make bus travel:

electric, frequent, reliable, easy and great value

Our aim is for an integrated network of 30 Mainlines, each with:

• Electric buses

• Frequency of every 15 mins or better

• ntegrated timetabling across operators

• Enforced bus priority measures

• Electronic information screens on bus and at all boarding stops

• Contactless ‘best’ fare tap-on, tap-off ticketing

• Simplified fares structure with no interchange penalty

• Full Leicester Buses network branding throughout

• Significantly Improved orbital and park and ride lines
