Leicester Bus Partnership has been working on a customer charter in conjunction with the Enhhanced Partnership Forum, which consists of representatives of a variety of bus user groups.

The charter sets out the commitments that bus travellers across Leicester can expect from the ongoing work of the Partnership. It also covers how travellers can raise any concerns or suggestions and the how these will be addressed.
